The Prospect An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Property Development Lawyer to join a highly regarded national property developer in a senior in-house capacity.
This role will suit a lawyer with at least 8 years' PQE who enjoys being close to the commercial decision-making process and wants to play a strategic role across major residential and mixed-use developments.
Working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll provide practical legal guidance across the full development lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and coordinating external legal providers.
