Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Working closely with clients, engineering teams, project controls and senior leadership, you will take ownership of complex mineral processing projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.
Key responsibilities will include: Developing detailed project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, quality and resource requirements.
Leading the delivery of mineral processing projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
Managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules and resource allocation.
Maintaining strong control over project costs and implementing measures to prevent budget overruns.
Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams.
Monitoring project progress and addressing potential cost, schedule, quality or delivery risks.
Managing client relationships and providing clear project updates, reports and recommendations.
Coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Ensuring engineering deliverables meet client requirements, project specifications and relevant standards.
Managing scope changes, commercial requirements and project risks throughout delivery.
Supporting procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out activities.




Driving continuous improvement across project planning, execution and delivery processes.
What do you require to be successful?
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
10+ years' engineering and project delivery experience, including at least two years as a Project Manager on mineral processing projects.
Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources and multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget.
Robust forecasting, cost control, risk management, leadership and client stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience within an EPCM or engineering consultancy environment will be highly regarded.
Project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (high advantageous) .
