Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to transition into commercial property management, with full training, support and long-term career progression on offer.

Managing a commercial property portfolio Preparing leases and associated documentation Conducting rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations Managing arrears collection Coordinating repairs, maintenance and make-good works Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Assisting with lease negotiations, renewals and market reviews Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Delivering exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management About You Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management Current Certificate of Registration (Class 2 Licence highly regarded) Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Eager to build a long-term career within commercial property This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected commercial agency that genuinely invests in its people and provides the training and support to build a successful long-term career.
