In this role you'll shape and drive our Health Insurance sales division to new heights.
Based in our Brisbane office, you'll lead a dynamic team of 10 sales professionals in an environment that champions growth, innovation and success.
Role Overview As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in: Driving team performance and revenue growth Developing and mentoring high performing sales professionals Creating and maintaining a positive, high energy sales culture Implementing strategic sales initiatives across our health insurance portfolio Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop a high performing team through hands-on leadership and regular coaching sessions Drive performance through data driven insights and KPI management Implement and optimise sales strategies to maximise conversion rates Facilitate cross selling initiatives across Compare Club's product suite.
