If you're experienced in beauty, skincare, influencer marketing, UGC, and digital content creation , this is an opportunity to own and scale a brand's social community from the ground up.

About the role This is a hands-on Social Media and Content role combining: Content creation (video-first, TikTok + Reels) Community management Influencer UGC program development Campaign and eCommerce content support You'll own the organic social strategy , build a highly engaged audience, and play a key role in brand growth and customer conversion .
Key responsibilities Content Creation Strategy Plan and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, and social platforms Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) with strong hooks and storytelling Appear on camera as a brand voice (essential requirement) Develop educational skincare content (ingredients, hormonal changes, routines) Maintain and manage a content calendar Community Management Growth Manage daily engagement (comments, DMs, mentions)
