Senior Legal Counsel – Major Infrastructure Projects (Australia) $*******k base + super + bonus + share scheme A leading engineering and construction organisation is expanding its presence across Australia and is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
This role sits within a high-performing legal and commercial team and will play a key part in shaping contract strategy, managing risk, and supporting successful project execution across a diverse portfolio of transport, civil, and energy developments.
What You'll Bring ● A robust track record (10+ years) working in legal roles connected to major infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments ● Deep practical experience supporting the lifecycle of complex projects, particularly in transport, civil works, utilities, or energy infrastructure ● Demonstrated ability to structure, review, and negotiate complex contractual arrangements, especially during procurement and early project phases ● Strong commercial judgement,
