Our client is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join their team.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver effective and compliant HR administration services across internal and external stakeholders in Brisbane and Perth.
You will support key operational functions including onboarding, recruitment support, document management, and employee communications while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities cover : Onboarding Induction: Assist the HR team with client inductions and candidate onboarding.
Recruitment Support: Conduct reference and background checks for candidates; coordinate pre-employment medical assessments.
HR Systems Data: Maintain databases and spreadsheets (e.g., SIXES and MYOB) to ensure accurate employee records.
Documentation Compliance: Assist in creating and updating job descriptions, policies, procedures, and forms in line with relevant legislation and internal guidelines.
Employee Engagement Events: Coordinate HR events, recognition/reward programs, and internal communications (newsletters, memos, competitions, training presentations).
HR Support Operations: Manage the HR/Admin inbox, track HR metrics, and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in TA/Human Resources).
Ideally your experience will be in the blue-collar, industrial, resources, or trade sectors.
You will have r elevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience in HR administration)



and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all channels (written, phone, face-to-face) with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Having strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills under pressure, you will be a team player, have a positive approach to change and have robust commercial awareness.
Software Proficiency covers hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
You will also have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a medical assessment.
