About the role: Advise on M A transactions, corporate governance, private equity, and joint ventures.
Lead due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
The ideal candidate: 7+ years' PQE in corporate/M A/private equity from a leading firm.
Australian Legal Qualification Admission.




Strong commercial acumen with exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development.
