We are currently partnering with a well-established Victorian electronic security integrator specialising in large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne.
The business is seeking an experienced Senior Security Technician to join the team, someone who is highly confident working across construction environments and capable of leading projects from installation through to commissioning and client handover.
This is ideal for a technician who enjoys being hands-on and is across enterprise security system fault-finding, installations and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of commercial electronic security systems Working across integrated systems including: Integriti Genetec Tecom/Challenger Milestone Managing and coordinating work on projects Liaising with clients, builders, and subcontractors Assisting with project delivery, defect resolution, and system handovers Reading plans, managing site documentation,



and supporting project timelines Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and professional standard Ideal Background: Minimum 5 years' experience within the electronic security industry Strong experience delivering commercial construction projects Comfortable operating independently on-site Excellent client-facing communication skills Ability to commission systems and troubleshoot faults confidently Requirements: VIC Security Licence (mandatory) Strong knowledge of commercial electronic security systems Full Australian working rights Driver's Licence This is an excellent chance to join an integrator with a strong pipeline of commercial work and the chance to step into a senior, trusted technical position within the business.
