An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Perth CBD.
Perfectly positioned just 20 minutes from Perth Airport, this exceptional property offers guests the very best of the city, with the Swan River, Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park and picturesque riverside walkways all within easy reach.
Featuring an award-winning restaurant, a 24-hour fully equipped fitness centre and surrounded by Perth's finest wine bars and dining experiences, the hotel is renowned for delivering premium service and memorable guest experiences.
We are seeking an accomplished hospitality leader who is commercially focused, operationally exceptional and passionate about developing high-performing teams.
THE ROLE Reporting to the Regional Leadership Team, you will have full responsibility for the overall performance of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence while driving revenue, profitability and an outstanding guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire your team, strengthen the hotel's market position and deliver exceptional financial and operational outcomes.
Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards across every department.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and achievement of key financial targets.
Develop and execute commercial strategies including revenue management and business growth initiatives.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team and hotel workforce.
Recruit, mentor and retain exceptional talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service standards.




Work collaboratively with regional leadership to execute business strategy and achieve organisational objectives.
Build strong relationships with owners, guests, suppliers, corporate partners and internal stakeholders.
Analyse key business metrics and implement strategies that improve operational performance and financial results.
Develop and manage annual budgets while maintaining strong cost control and financial discipline.
Resolve operational challenges effectively while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU You are a confident and inspirational hotel leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional commercial and operational results within the luxury hospitality sector.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example and understand how to create engaged teams that consistently exceed guest expectations.
Previous experience as a General Manager within a luxury or premium hotel environment.
Minimum three years' experience in a comparable leadership role.
Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, including Front Office, Rooms Division, Food Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales Marketing and Finance.
Demonstrated success driving both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
Advanced revenue management knowledge with the ability to maximise commercial performance.
Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
Experience leading,



coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Sound commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
Strong understanding of Perth's luxury hospitality market.
