The Role Working within the Property Commercial team, you will be mainly managing residential conveyancing matters.
You will work alongside other conveyancing paralegals and property lawyers.
Responsibilities include: Manage residential conveyancing files end to end Liaise with clients, agents, banks and other stakeholders Following up outstanding conditions First and final letters, settlement statements Manage PEXA General file management duties as required.
You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 2 years QLD conveyancing paralegal experience Strong file management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client service skills A proactive, positive and team focused approach The Firm/Benefits Salary between $80K-$90K + Super, depending upon experience (but open dependent upon experience)
