Senior Contract Administrator – Major Renewable Infrastructure Project Location: New South Wales $200-$230k + super One week FIFO to Cooma / One week WFH About the Opportunity A leading infrastructure delivery organisation is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to support a major renewable energy project.
This role will manage complex subcontract packages, oversee contract administration, and provide commercial support across procurement, delivery, and project operations.
Working closely with project and commercial teams, you will play a key role in managing contractual risk, supporting successful project outcomes, and ensuring compliance across a large-scale infrastructure setting.
Key Responsibilities Manage subcontract agreements including variations, claims, payments, correspondence, and reporting.
Support tendering, procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management activities.
Provide guidance on contract interpretation, risk management, and commercial outcomes.
Manage subcontractor performance, extensions of time, disputes, and contractual obligations.
Assist with cost forecasting, reporting,



and financial management of assigned packages.
Maintain contract registers, documentation, and compliance processes.
About You 10+ years' experience in contract administration or contract management within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or energy projects.
Strong experience managing subcontract packages, claims, variations, and negotiations.
Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
Experience with major projects, procurement, and complex contractual environments.
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, law, finance, quantity surveying, or related discipline preferred.
