The Opportunity An exceptional opportunity has emerged in their Sydney CBD office for an ambitious lawyer to join our elite Competition Consumer Law Practice Group.
You will work directly with an industry leading partner who is known for their commercial acumen and pragmatic approach.
This is not a role where you will be hidden in a back room.
You will have client responsibility and participate in high-stakes matters.
The Work The team acts for prominent local enterprises and blue-chip global tech, automotive, and consumer goods corporations.
Your daily practice will span a dynamic mix of complex contentious and non-contentious work (although more skewed to contentious work)



and will include managing active investigations or enforcement responses driven by the ACCC, advising on consumer law issues, merger clearance applications, cartel defense work.
About You To fit seamlessly into this high-performing practice group, you will possess at least 3 years plus PAE gained from a competition/consumer law group, commercial acumen geared towards solving business problems efficiently and a desire to grow professionally.
