RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspecting food items to ensure freshness and quality Controlling temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes Adding seasoning to food during the cooking process Portioning meals, plating, and adding sauces, gravies,



and garnishes Storing food in appropriate temperature-controlled environments Preparing meals to accommodate special dietary needs Assisting in menu planning and estimating food requirements Supporting the training of kitchen staff and apprentices ATTRIBUTES: Minimum of 1-year relevant qualification, Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required, Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the kitchen.
