A Leading Food Manufacturer Maintenance Fitter – Food Manufacturing Location: Murray Bridge, SA $50–$53/hr + Allowances + Shift Loading + Super | $115k–$120k Package (excl OT) Full‐time | Permanent Looking for a long‐term role close to home?
We're seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join a high‐performing maintenance team at a large food manufacturing site located just outside Murray Bridge .
This role suits a mechanically strong, hands‐on fitter who enjoys variety, problem‐solving, and working with a supportive, experienced team.
What's on Offer $50–$53/hr base rate 15% shift loading on afternoon shift Tool, boiler attendance award allowances On‐call roster with penalty rates Secure, long‐term permanent role The Role You'll be responsible for mechanical maintenance across a busy production facility, including: Preventative reactive maintenance Work on conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps processing equipment Fabrication welding (MIG essential; TIG/STIG beneficial)



Supporting production teams to minimise downtime Occasional weekend work (every third weekend) with an RDO during the week Shifts Roster Monthly rotation across: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM You'll work a standard 5‐day week with rostered weekends built into the cycle.
