Sanderson is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join a growing in-house talent team in a Newcastle/London hybrid setup (1 day/week in the office). You will lead end-to-end recruitment for professional services and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced setting.
The role prefers candidates with RPO or in-house Talent Acquisition experience, strong sourcing, and a consultative approach to hiring.
