The Role You will assist in the overall operation of the venue in line with the needs of the venue and the direction of the GM.
This will include creating procedures, developing teams, coming up with innovative ideas.
This diverse role will find you working across entertainment, operations, reporting, gaming etc and hone your leadership skills.
You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an Assistant Managers role or 2IC position.




Strong compliance and industry knowledge A good level of gaming experience a plus Confidence in managing the venue and the team in a busy environment Great beverage and food knowledge Natural leadership skills that motivate staff to perform.
