Key Responsibilities Manage projects from slab through to handover Coordinate structural, services and finishing trades Prepare and manage weekly construction programmes Lead trades on site and drive build momentum Attend weekly site meetings and reporting Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH S compliance Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard Skills Experience Trade qualified (Carpentry essential) Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor for a head contractor,



ideally in custom homes.
