Team Leader Level Storeman Monday - Friday Work with leading company offering strong team culture and immediate starts Team Leader Level Storeman - Inbound | Day Shift | Arundel | $40+ per Hour We're currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.
What's on Offer $40+ per hour Monday to Friday Day and Afternoon shift Immediate start full-time opportunity on casual basis Supportive team environment Growth opportunities opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations Supervise and support warehouse staff Receive, inspect and process incoming stock Ensure accurate inventory control and stock allocation Liaise with transport providers and internal departments Maintain warehouse safety and operational efficiency Assist with loading,



unloading and general warehouse duties when required Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role Strong inbound warehouse experience in a busy environment Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail Current Forklift (LF) Licence preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment If you're an experienced warehouse qualified ready to step into a leadership role with a growing business, we'd like to hear from you.
