Role Description
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead conversion. This role is responsible for managing digital channels, content strategy and creation, lead nurturing programs, and analytics to drive increased awareness, consideration and purchase as we pursue ambitious growth and volume targets.
Key responsibilities include:




Digital marketing strategy and leadership
Lead generation and nurture programs (B2B and B2C)
Analytics and campaign performance management
This is a full time position based in Sydney, NSW.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimisation – preferably in the B2C space.
High proficiency in SEO, SEM, Meta, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
Ability to create digital experiences that build trust and engagement with our target audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills in analytics, reporting and marketing channel optimisation
Experience in financial services would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
