Our client is seeking an experienced Data Entry / Accounts Payable Officer to join their team based in South Guildford.
This is a full time Monday to Friday position working 8:30am – 4:30pm, offering an immediate start with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right candidate.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a high-volume processing environment, has exceptional data entry accuracy, and possesses a solid understanding of accounts payable processes.
What you'll be doing: Processing high volumes of invoices Performing accurate and efficient data entry across accounts payable functions Managing invoice processing in accordance with established procedures Reviewing and verifying invoice information to ensure accuracy Identifying discrepancies and assisting with issue resolution Supporting end-to-end accounts payable processes Working with internal systems including QAD and Universe Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity What you'll need:
