A major bank is currently seeking an Azure Cloud Managed Services Support Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
Role can be based in Sydney or Melb.
2 days a week in the office.
Looking for an experienced Azure Technical lead to drive operations at scale- maintain service levels for critical workloads, end-to-end support of business and customer facing public cloud hosted applications and ensures that the support team are fit-for-purpose.
Responsibilities: Own service stability in a 24x7 operations environment, managing incidents, problem management and ITSM targets end-to-end Maintain strong Azure security, compliance and cost practices, supporting automated microservices and infrastructure environments Lead service improvement through automation,
