Territory Manager – Urology, Urogynecology & Gastroenterology

An exciting opportunity exists for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-performing NSW South and ACT territory across a specialised medical device portfolio in Urology, Urogynecology, and Gastroenterology.
This is a relationship-focused, clinical sales role working closely with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders across public and private health systems. You will be responsible for both maintaining strong existing business and driving new growth opportunities across your territory.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Manage and grow an established NSW South and ACT territory
Promote a specialised portfolio across Urology, Urogynecology, and Gastroenterology
Build strong relationships with clinicians, surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
Support product evaluations, demonstrations, and hospital in-servicing
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic territory plans
Work closely with clinical and technical support teams
Attend theatre cases, hospital visits, and industry events
About You
You will ideally bring:
Experience in medical device or healthcare sales




Exposure to hospital environments and theatre-based selling
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, commercially driven mindset
Ability to work autonomously and manage a large territory
Clinical experience in Urology or Gastroenterology (highly regarded)
A strong focus on improving patient outcomes through technology
