What you'll be doing;
Managing a income protection and TPD portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements
They will love your background in;
Life insurance claims assessment experience
ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
