Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded a new contract at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we're expanding our housekeeping team to support ongoing operations.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to candidates who understand the demands of FIFO work and high-volume cleaning environments.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, where attention to detail and consistency are critical.
Your work plays a key part in delivering a clean, safe, and comfortable "home away from home" for residents on site.




Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain accommodation rooms, bathrooms, and village facilities Make beds, strip and replace linen, and manage laundry processes Ensure all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within required timeframes Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and correctly Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies Report maintenance issues and support site standards Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily targets About You You're a reliable, hard-working team player who understands the demands of working in a FIFO or high-volume environment.
You take pride in your work and are comfortable in a role that is physically active, repetitive, and rapid-paced.
You will have: Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role Previous FIFO or mine site experience (highly regarded) Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety Ability to work in a physically demanding role (long shifts, manual handling, repetitive tasks) A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow processes and work effectively within a team Requirements Full Australian working rights Valid C Class Driver's Licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening Current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months) Ability to fly out of Perth (Perth based or can easily commute) or travel from Kalgoorlie Apply Now If you're looking to join a strong team, contribute to a high-performing site, and build a long-term FIFO career, apply now.
