Their operation is built on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and we are looking for a strong Warehouse Team Leader to support and lead the Pemulwuy site.
About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring a safe working environment, smooth workflow, and high levels of accuracy.
You will lead by example, supporting the team to meet operational targets and service standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in line with WHS requirements Maintain smooth and efficient workflow to meet daily operational demands Ensure high accuracy in order picking, stock handling, and inventory control Monitor team performance and provide coaching,
