15th July, **** Bartender / Front of House (Full-Time) George Street, Sydney CBD | Full-Time | Permanent Position A well-established hospitality venue located in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Bartender / Front of House professional to join its team on a full-time basis.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have strong bar experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
Take food and beverage orders and provide productive table service when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and front-of-house areas.
Process customer payments accurately.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures at all times.




Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy hospitality venue.
Experience working in Front of House.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Valid NSW RSA Certificate.
Full Working Rights in Australia (essential).
What's on Offer Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week).
Located on George Street, Sydney CBD.
Starting rate of $***** per hour during the initial three-month probation period.
