The annual salary for this position is not less than $71,****** plus superannuation (commensurate with experience skill levels applied, and more with additional allowances and/or overtime where worked).
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): To adhere to Workplace Health Safety and Quality procedures Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction Good communication skills essential Demonstrated integrity and valuable presentation The ability to work in a fast paced environment Performing general slaughtering / boning / slicing duties High focus attention to detail.
About you: A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering is required Relevant qualification (Cert III meat processing) is essential Knowledge and understanding of different rotations Proven high level of knife sharpening skills Knowledge and understanding of related quality requirements.
