What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the marketing and communications function, with a focus on strengthening brand presence, driving engagement and supporting organisational growth.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and deliver marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement plans Lead and support a small marketing team, including mentoring and performance management Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across campaigns and channels Manage media relations, including press releases, enquiries and PR opportunities Coordinate campaigns, events and community initiatives to increase awareness Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and sponsors Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting aligned to organisational objectives Oversee digital channels including website and social media presence Support fundraising initiatives through targeted marketing strategies What You'll Need: Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or public relations Proven ability to drive engagement,
