As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across breakfast, à la carte, events and high-volume service.
Working alongside a talented culinary team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, refine your skills and contribute to a kitchen that prides itself on quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.

As a Chef de Partie, you will report to the Executive Chef and be supported by other senior members of the kitchen brigade.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing and serving a consistently high-quality product Managing stock rotation and minimising wastage Overseeing and performing operational duties within your section Working across all areas of the kitchen operation as required Roster flexibility is highly regarded.




Typical shift will be 5:30am–1:30pm What you'll need to be successful Previous Demi Chef or Chef de Partie experience A Commercial Cookery qualification , recognised in Australia Demonstrated cookery experience with well-developed knife skills Ability to thrive in a large, busy and fast-paced kitchen Capacity to safely lift up to 20kg and perform repetitive manual tasks Full working rights in Australia Bakery or pastry experience will be highly regarded , particularly experience supporting breakfast service, desserts or high-volume production.
