Must be an Australian citizen hold NV1 Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Build and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules - Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems - Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure configurations and customisations follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards - Perform unit testing, support system and UAT testing, and resolve defects - Support platform upgrades, enhancements,



and release activities - Maintain technical documentation and configuration artefacts - Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow development practices Required Skill set ServiceNow advanced scripting and customization ServiceNow scoped application experience Integration skills ServiceNow workflow automations Requirements Required Skills Qualifications - Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) - Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies - Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations - Familiarity with ITSM modules and ServiceNow data model - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments - ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS) highly regarded - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
