Sharp and Carter are seeking multiple reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative's to join the team of a well known manufacturing company based in Rydalmere.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and managing service requests efficiently.
Position Type : 3 month Temp initially (potential longer term opportunities available) Location : Rydalmere, NSW - full time in office Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities : Take inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers, determining if a service request is needed and entering it into the system.
Provide after-sales service to address customer requests or issues.
Manage administrative tasks within the service team, ensuring smooth daily operations.




Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and answer emails promptly.
Ensure a high level of customer service to meet both business and customer needs.
The Ideal Candidate : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience in a customer service call center role.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
