Requires: Service Advising experience, manual driver's license, and dealership experience.
Salary guide: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
Location: Western Suburbs of Brisbane.
Your normal day will involve: Acting as the key contact between customers and the dealership regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Providing updates to customers on servicing status at every stage.
Liaising with customers and Technicians to deliver precise advice and viable options.
Managing customer interactions while adhering to time restraints, workflow, and deadlines.
