About the Opportunity A mixed billing practice in the Southport area is needing a part time unrestricted vocationally registered doctor to cater for an oversupply of patients.
Having been around for over 50 years the practice has a large focus on aged care with the vast majority of their patients being over 55 years of age and 70+ with complex comorbidities hence the incoming doctor must be very comfortable with this age group and competent with chronic disease management.
This position is ideal for any GP looking to work 2 - 3 days during the week as the practice is closed on weekends and evenings.
A doctor has recently left the practice so you will have full patient books everyday seeing an average of 4 patients an hour every 15minutes.
Nursing support is available to assist with care plans and pathology is conveniently co-located onsite.




Our client is an accredited training practice with a strong reputation for training registrars and also services some of the local nursing homes.
