This role requires: Someone who has excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and professional written manner for both in house and customer correspondence.
Confidence with phone systems - headsets, using hold, and transferring calls etc.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer.
A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks.
About you :
