We are looking for a caring and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly team at our GP-owned, fully accredited family practice in Adelaide's inner southern suburbs.

Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Current professional indemnity insurance Has practice nursing experience (preferred) or experience as a Registered Nurse Has excellent communication and organisational skills Enjoys working as part of a team Is caring, professional and patient-focused Has experience with Best Practice software (desirable but not essential) Your Responsibilities (but not limited to) Your role will include a variety of clinical and nursing duties, including: Patient triage and clinical observations Immunisations and injections Wound care Chronic disease management ECGs Assisting with procedures Health promotion and quality improvement Infection prevention and control Clinical stock and equipment management How to Apply Your application should include: A cover letter Your resume Details of your nursing experience A current National Police Check A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) A current first aid cpr certificate We'd love to discuss how Trinity Care Family Practice could be the right fit for you.
