Working alongside an experienced Senior Retail Property Manager, you'll assist in managing a premium shopping centre portfolio while learning every aspect of retail property management.
You'll be involved in tenant relationships, maintenance coordination, retailer communication, lease administration and the day-to-day operations that keep shopping centres running successfully.
Whether you're currently in residential property, commercial property or already assisting on a retail portfolio, this role offers the training and mentorship to take the next step.




Your Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of premium retail assets Build relationships with retailers and respond to tenant enquiries Coordinate maintenance and contractor works Support lease administration, rent reviews and compliance Assist with budgets, reporting and arrears Conduct property inspections Work closely with a Senior Retail Property Manager on portfolio operations About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised and wants to build a long-term career in retail property.
