* 2 x Ongoing, full-time vacancies, earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As a manager, you will lead a team that manages social justice applications.
You will support fair, timely services for people affected by fines.
You will:
* lead a skilled team that manages complex social justice applications
* build strong working relationships across the department and with outside organisations
* set clear service standards and track team performance
* lead positive change and support a productive team culture
* manage key business work, resources, budgets, reports and service improvements.
About you
A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
* You should have experience in regulatory or compliance work, including applying legislation.
* You should have senior leadership experience in complex and sensitive settings.
You should have experience managing work programs, including planning, monitoring, review and reporting.
* You should show resilience, flexibility and inclusion, while helping people through change and building their skills.
