Legal Personal Assistant | Construction Hybrid working with two days working from home each week Outstanding opportunity to work with a high-performing and supportive team An inclusive team culture with genuine opportunities to contribute An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm supporting a respected Partner and a collaborative Construction team.
This is a busy, varied role suited to a proactive Legal PA who enjoys building strong working relationships, taking ownership of their work, and contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
About the Role Supporting a Partner and a team of lawyers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
Your responsibilities will include: Extensive diary and inbox management Client and matter administration, including onboarding, conflict checks, compliance and engagement documentation End-to-end billing and invoicing Preparing high-quality legal documents, correspondence, presentations and reports Managing document production, filing, records management and general practice administration Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements Processing expenses and assisting with day-to-day practice management Providing guidance and support to junior team members Identifying opportunities to improve processes and embrace new technology About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about building a long-term career as a Legal PA.
To be successful, you'll ideally have: 5+ years' experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary Experience supporting a Partner and legal team within a busy practice End-to-end billing experience (Aderant experience will be highly regarded) Strong client and matter management experience, including compliance processes Exceptional organisational and time management skills Outstanding attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and opportunities Applicants from professional services backgrounds with transferable executive support experience are also encouraged to apply.
