We are also currently recruiting for aFlight Nurse Clinical Educator position, a unique chance for an experienced clinician to lead and deliver retrieval-focused education, clinical simulations, competency assessments, orientation programs, and professional development initiatives across our nursing and midwifery workforce.
The role works closely with medical and operational leaders to ensure our teamsmaintain the highest standards of clinical readiness, patient care, and safety while supporting healthcare delivery to rural and remote communities.

About You You're a confident and compassionate clinician with minimum 5 years critical care experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working autonomously.
You bring strong critical care expertise, excellent clinical judgement and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Most importantly, you're motivated by meaningful work and are ready to make a genuine difference where it matters most.
What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Post-registration Midwifery qualifications, including birth suite experience A minimum of five years' postgraduate acute critical care nursing experience in one or more of the following areas: Emergency Nursing Intensive Care Nursing Cardiac Nursing Cardiothoracic Nursing Current Advanced Life Support (ALS)
