This role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing management for adults with acute and complex mental health conditions.
Key responsibilities include: Clinical leadership across inpatient units and community mental health teams Psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment Supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff and registrars Participation in service development, clinical governance,
