We are partnering with a major Australian banking organisation to recruit customer-focused Bank Tellers across several regional NSW locations.

The important parts: Pay: $30–$38 per hour + Super | ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension and/or permanency) Location: Gunnedah NSW, Singleton NSW, Forster NSW Broken Hill NSW Hours: Full-time role, Monday to Saturday roster based on branch requirements What you will be required to do: This is a customer-facing role providing exceptional service and support to customers within a branch environment.
You will assist with everyday banking transactions, identify customer needs, and contribute to the smooth operation of the branch.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service in branch environments Assisting customers with everyday banking enquiries and transactions Understanding customer needs and referring them to appropriate banking products and services Supporting day-to-day branch operations within small, close-knit teams Accurately maintaining records and workflows within internal systems Adhering to strict compliance, policy, and risk procedures Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers Contributing to a welcoming and professional branch experience To be successful in the role you will: Have proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, banking or similar backgrounds highly regarded)
