Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative visions into detailed, deliverable technical drawings under minimal supervision.
Manage the full cycle of working drawings, using AutoCAD Coordinate with external contractors for tender documentation and be prepared to respond to RFIs, maintaining project momentum.
Take ownership of project deadlines, quality standards, and technical compliance to deliver outstanding results.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards, ensuring all drawings meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.




Skills Experience Min 5 years experience in delivering detailed working drawings for bespoke residential projects, ideally within high-end interiors or Architecture firms.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and tender documentation.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, organisation, and a high level of professionalism.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing project deliverables independently.
