With multiple projects commencing over the coming months, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Contract Administrator.

The Opportunity Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Contract Administrators, you'll play a key role in delivering complex multi-residential developments ranging from $50M to $300M+ .
You'll be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from procurement and subcontractor management through to cost reporting, variations and final accounts.
You'll also gain exposure to experienced mentors who are committed to helping you progress your career.

Key Responsibilities Manage subcontract procurement and package letting Prepare scopes of work and procurement schedules Assess subcontractor progress claims and variations Assist with project cost reporting and forecasting Prepare client progress claims and financial reporting Review contracts and identify commercial risks Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and consultants Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers About You You'll ideally have: 2+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Experience on multi-residential, commercial, education or mixed-use projects Strong understanding of procurement and contract administration Excellent commercial and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering qualification What's On Offer?
