including long-term supply and commercial agreements Regulatory and risk advisory work connected with high-profile and sensitive matters Strategic dispute planning and crisis management involving significant operational, reputational and commercial risk You'll work with major clients across sectors including energy and resources, aviation, financial services and infrastructure, with matters frequently spanning Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
The role also offers the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the firm's international network, providing genuine exposure to global matters, clients and legal teams.
ABOUT YOU You will ideally have: At least 2 years' PAE in commercial disputes and litigation gained within a CBD mid-tier, national or top-tier firm Experience ranging from approximately 2 years' PAE through to Senior Associate level Strong technical and analytical skills with an interest in complex, high-value disputes Australian legal qualifications, although candidates from comparable common law jurisdictions will also be considered, with potential sponsorship available for the right candidate NEXT STEPS We offer a relaxed yet confidential discussion in a lounge meeting room setting over coffee/tea, or a Teams meeting, allowing you to comfortably provide us with an understanding of your considerations in that next move.
