With a strong reputation for quality installations and long-standing builder relationships, they continue to secure major project work across sectors including commercial buildings, infrastructure and complex electrical installations.
They are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the in office delivery of electrical works.
In this role, you will manage site electricians and subcontractors, coordinate daily construction activities and ensure all installations meet project specifications, safety standards and compliance requirements.
Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, builders and other trades, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from installation through to testing and commissioning.

Salary Benefits • $140,000 – $170,000 + Super depending on experience • Monday–Friday project schedule across Brisbane commercial sites • Opportunity to lead teams on large-scale electrical construction projects • Long-term project pipeline with strong job stability • Work with experienced project managers and construction teams Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on site • Coordinate daily electrical works with builders and other trades • Review drawings, plans and specifications to guide site delivery • Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety procedures and QA requirements • Oversee installation, inspections, testing and commissioning through project completion What You'll Bring • Electrical trade qualification with a valid QLD Electrical Licence • 2–3+ years experience in a senior role on commercial construction projects • Strong ability to lead site electricians and manage subcontractors • Solid understanding of electrical drawings, installation standards and compliance • White Card, CPR/LVR certification (Site Supervisor or QBCC licence highly regarded) If you're an experienced Electrical Site Manager or Foreman looking to step into a leadership role on major electrical commercial construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.
