Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Drafter to join a high-performing project team delivering major mining, energy and infrastructure studies and projects.
Working closely with Engineers and Designers, you will be responsible for developing high-quality civil drawing packages across all project phases, from early studies through to execution.
Location: Perth, WA Position: Permanent, Full-Time Responsibilities Prepare and develop Civil Engineering drawing packages using Bentley MicroStation .
Produce coordinated civil drawings including earthworks, drainage, roads, pavements, utilities, surface levels, long sections, cross sections and detail sheets.
Establish and manage drawing environments, reference files, title blocks and drawing registers.
Coordinate drawing deliverables with multidisciplinary project teams.
Manage document revisions, numbering and issue control.
Ensure compliance with project drafting standards and quality requirements.
Import and manage survey, geospatial and design reference data.
Participate in project coordination meetings and support project delivery schedules.
Maintain consistent drafting quality across all project deliverables.




Required Experience 8+ years' experience as a Senior Civil Drafter or similar.
Advanced proficiency in Bentley MicroStation .
Strong experience producing civil infrastructure drawings and construction documentation.
Experience with roads, drainage, earthworks, pavements, utilities and non-process infrastructure.
Ability to interpret engineering mark-ups, design models and technical specifications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Experience managing drawing registers, reference files and project documentation systems.
Familiarity with 12D Model, BIM and 3D project environments is highly regarded.
Mining project and large-scale earthworks experience highly regarded.
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related qualification preferred.
