With the store operating as an outlet, experience managing high stock turnover, large volumes or within an outlet environment is essential.
The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the high standards expected of a premium menswear brand.
You will be responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance Managing high stock volumes and efficient stock flow Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards Managing rosters, payroll and day-to-day store operations Delivering a premium customer experience Supporting inventory control and minimising stock loss Creating a quick-paced,



productive and positive store environment About You We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and understands how to balance strong customer service with commercial results.
