Job description The Opportunities: Our award-winning and highly established home building clients due to continued growth into **** are now looking to hire experienced home building drafters using various software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD into their growing drafting teams.
Locations available now include all areas of Brisbane in the North, West and South.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Reporting to the Drafting Manager or Operations Manager Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects Ensure all work is completed within set time frames Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements Highly levels of accuracy Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment Role Requirements: MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company.
Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCAD or ArchiCAD or Revit Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Ability to work well in a fast paced environment Proven track record within the volume home building industry Strong team player Able to meet deadlines The key benefits for you!
