With a strong pipeline of secured work and a highly experienced project team, they are currently seeking an experienced Health Safety Advisor to provide immediate support on a major renewables project in regional NSW.
About the Role As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will step into an immediate contract requirement supporting a major regional infrastructure project.
The role is based out of Sydney's Inner West, with travel to site approximately once every two weeks for several days at a time (accommodation and vehicle provided).
You will work closely with operational and project teams to maintain continuity of WHS systems, provide hands-on site support, and ensure compliance across active works.
This role suits someone who can hit the ground running in a contractor-led civil environment and is comfortable operating in a practical, site-based safety role.




Duties Providing day-to-day WHS support across active civil construction works Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety observations Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Reviewing SWMS and supporting risk management processes Engaging directly with supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams Ensuring compliance with legislative and project WHS requirements Supporting practical, on-the-ground safety outcomes in a fast-paced environment Key Requirements Strong background in civil construction or infrastructure projects Previous experience in a site-based Health and Safety role with contractors CertIV in WHS as a minimum Ability to operate autonomously and adapt quickly to site requirements Strong understanding of WHS legislation and practical application Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Available for an immediate start Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced WHS skilled looking to step into a major infrastructure project immediately.
